Finally finished my Fallout 4 T-60 power armor helmet prop! I 3d printed the main helmet body in PETG filament and then all the extra parts were printed in resin. I started with a full helmet STL file and sliced the extra pieces off to simplify the printing (spotlight, targeting arms, ear caps, rails, nose filter caps, side tubes, and mouth vents and arm). I smoothed everything with a combination of resin, spot putty, and filler printer. Painting was done by rattle can for the base coats, shading done by airbrush and detail by hand brush in acrylic and enamel paints. The hoses are rubber gas mask hoses from Amazon.
